This e-book is a resource for people who have experienced back pain and want to avoid a
recurrence, people who have had multiple episodes of acute back pain (with each episode being worse
and lasting longer), and for people living with chronic or persistent low back pain.
As an experienced Sports and Exercise Physiotherapist, I have had my own back pain journey and want
to share both my experience, knowledge and advice for others suffering with back pain.
